You answer guided questions and upload documents for each person in your business. The wizard checks the basics as you go: missing fields, the wrong ID type, a share split that does not add up. You can save and come back at any point.

When you pay, a lawyer at the firm is assigned to your application. They read every answer and document against what the Registrar requires for your structure. If something needs to change, they ask for the correction in your dashboard and you fix it there. Nothing is filed until the lawyer is satisfied.

The lawyer then files with the Registrar-General on your behalf and tracks it until the Registrar issues your certificate. You see each stage in your dashboard, and your uploaded documents stay with your application.
