We submit to the ORC within 24 hours of your complete application and payment. The ORC then issues in 5 to 14 working days, or 24 to 72 hours with Prestige.
The Registrar-General charges a statutory fee, currently from GHS 60 for a sole proprietorship and GHS 560 for a limited company. We show it as a separate line and pay it on your behalf.
